Hello there, I have seen the same text posted on various sites. I just want to say that it's the wrong way to check the origionality of a set. I have just purchased a N95 in only 7,000PKR, that's the fake fone and i know it cuz the origional costs about 30,000PKr. You see there's huge difference but according to the mentioned formula of *#06# the 7th & 8th digit of serial number are 00 and supposedly its the best quality. Yuckkkkkk you guys are simply dumb fools who spread such an information with any confirmation. Please if you don't have any solution for the people who buy fake mobiles paying heavy prices, for God's sake don't betray them with so and so wrong info. Thanks

IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 02 or 20 this means your cell phone was assembled in Emirates which is very Bad quality

IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 08 or 80 this means your cell phone was manufactured in Germany which is fair quality

IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 01 or 10 this means your cell phone was manufactured in Finland which is very Good

IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 00 this means your cell phone was manufactured in original factory which is the best Mobile Quality

IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 13 this means your cell phone was assembled in Azerbaijan which is very Bad quality and also dangerous for your health

04 is Made in India which I think is also a good one. I got two phones like this. 05 is Made in China which are imitations of the originals. I've seen this in most of the imitation phones that my friends have.
